A bit pricey, but also very handy. I purchased this guide for my grandson who loves the pictures and reading about each bird with his parents and grandparents.

Terrific, simple guide. Love that it is laminated and thin, so we can take with us to the beach.

This is a waterproof folding guide with great colored photos average length of the birds, a short description and female or male symbol. Also has map on back of places to see these east coast birds

For those times when birding is not your main focus, these lightweight,sturdy and easy to slip into a pocket or tote bag guides are a quick reference to the most familiar species that you'll find along the east coast.
